Salesforce Enterprise Architect - Permanent
Location: London, UK – 2 days in the office
Salary: between £110,000 – £115,000 + Benefits
SC Cleared or Eligibility: Essential
A leading technology consultancy is looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect to support a major transformation programme within the public sector. The role will focus on shaping and delivering scalable, secure Salesforce solutions, owning solution architecture and technical design, and working closely with senior stakeholders and delivery teams to translate complex requirements into effective solutions aligned with wider enterprise architecture, integration and security standards.
Role Description:
- Experience: 14+ years of CRM experience, with a minimum of 3 years in the Public Sector or Energy & Utilities domain.
- CRM/Salesforce Solution Architecture: Proven experience in designing and optimizing business processes and integrating business processes across disparate systems.
- Detail-Oriented Professional: Ability to rapidly learn and leverage new concepts, business models, and technologies.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively to solve complex business and technical challenges.
- Digital Transformation Advisor: Act as a trusted advisor for customers.
- Thought Leadership: Provide thought leadership within the Public Sector and Energy & Utilities industries.
- Business Process Redesign: Lead workshops, roadmap planning, and identify touchpoints across multi-cloud implementations.
- Requirements Mapping: Assess customer business requirements and map them to Salesforce solutions.
- Architecture Contributions: Contribute to target architecture, transition architecture, implementation roadmaps, and phased delivery plans.
- Domain Expertise: Provide strategic guidance on Salesforce 360 Platform solutions.
- CRM Strategy: Work closely with clients to define and execute their CRM strategy and roadmap, enabling both short-term wins and long-term business objectives.
- Solution Translation: Translate complex business requirements into scalable and effective Salesforce solutions.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with Technical Architects, Project Teams, and Implementation Partners to define and deliver the proposed architecture.
- Risk Identification: Review and guide solution designs, infrastructure blueprints, and proactively identify potential risks and issues.

- Experience working on Public Sector Solutions (PSS) Cloud
- Understanding of GDS (Government Digital Service) standards
