We are hiring a Enterprise Architect to join a global technology organisation, working with some of its largest enterprise customers.

This is a senior, customer-facing architecture role combining enterprise technology strategy, digital marketing architecture, technical consulting and value realisation. You will work directly with technical, marketing and C-suite stakeholders to understand current technology environments and business objectives, then translate these into future-state architectures and digital transformation roadmaps.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead technical architecture engagements with large-scale enterprise customers.
  • Assess current-state technology ecosystems and define future-state architectures.
  • Develop digital engagement and technology transformation roadmaps.
  • Advise customers across complex digital marketing and MarTech ecosystems.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear recommendations for technical, marketing and C-suite audiences.
  • Identify customer challenges and opportunities and develop an "art of the possible" vision.
  • Build ROI-focused business cases supporting enterprise technology transformations.
  • Support commercial opportunities, customer success and ongoing value realisation.
  • Work across enterprise platforms, APIs, cloud storage, structured/unstructured data, security and data integration.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
