Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect to support large-scale enterprise digital marketing ecosystems, drive technical architecture discussions, support sales opportunities, and help customers realize value from their marketing technology investments.
The role involves working with Technical, Marketing and C-Suite stakeholders to assess current-state environments, define future-state architectures, and develop digital engagement roadmaps and innovative digital experiences.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in a consultative architecture role supporting large-scale enterprise digital marketing ecosystems.
- Experience as an Enterprise Architect / Principal Consultant / Marketing or Technical Leader.
- Strong end-to-end understanding of Digital Marketing journeys.
- Hands-on knowledge of AdTech, CDPs/DMPs, DSPs, Marketing Automation, Omnichannel Personalization, Content Management/Generation, CRM, Media Execution and Reporting/Insights.
- Significant hands-on experience with enterprise platforms such as Adobe, Salesforce, Oracle or Microsoft.
- Strong technical understanding of REST APIs, Cloud Storage, Structured/Unstructured Data, Security and Data Ingress/Egress.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts and create compelling architecture stories for Technical, Marketing and C-Suite audiences.
- Ability to quickly diagnose business and technology challenges and develop future-state architectures.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Lucidchart/Visio.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Digital Marketing, MBA, or equivalent experience.

Desirable Skills
- Current Adobe certifications in AEP, AJO, Analytics/CJA, RTCDP, Target or Workfront.
- Experience developing ROI-focused business cases for enterprise technology transformations.
- Hands-on experience architecting or delivering Native, Flutter or React Native mobile applications.
- Experience managing a revenue-focused Book of Business, including sales pipeline management through Salesforce/Microsoft Dynamics, scope/contract review and value realization measurement.
- Familiarity with and practical usage of Generative AI solutions.
