Enterprise Architect / Technical Product Manager (Infrastructure - IBM Integration Stack / Observability & SRE (Banking / Insurance Domain)
Location: Hybrid (2-3 days in Sheffield Office per week)
We are looking for a candidate with prior experience as a Senior Global Band 4 / Director-level Product Manager with a proven track record managing large-scale, multi-region enterprise platform lifecycles and follow-the-sun operating models.

Requirements:
- Deep technical expertise in messaging, integration, data mapping, and observability architectures.
- Experience in setting configuration baselines, security standards (TLS/mTLS), and operational reference patterns.
- Hands-on product management oversight of IBM MQ (large-scale queue manager estates), IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE), IBM Transformation Extender (ITX), IBM Tivoli Monitoring (ITM), and Instana.
- Domain expertise in Financial Services / Tier-1 Global Banking operating under strict regulatory frameworks, audit requirements, cross-border data constraints, and cybersecurity compliance.
