Enterprise Architect – Digital, Cloud & Agentic AI

We're currently seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to join a high-profile transformation programme based in Bristol. This is an exciting opportunity to shape enterprise architecture strategy while driving the adoption of modern digital platforms, cloud-native technologies, and Agentic AI solutions.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll play a key role in defining architecture roadmaps, enabling digital transformation, and ensuring technology solutions align with strategic business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and maintain enterprise architecture strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead the design and implementation of cloud-native architectures and digital transformation initiatives.
- Provide architectural leadership across complex enterprise programmes.
- Design and implement Agentic AI solutions, ensuring scalability, governance, and security.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to deliver innovative technology solutions.
- Produce architecture roadmaps, standards, and governance documentation.
- Ensure solutions follow enterprise architecture principles and best practices.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect within large-scale enterprise environments.
- Strong background in digital transformation and cloud-native architecture.
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing Agentic AI solutions.
- Experience developing enterprise architecture roadmaps and technology strategies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of modern architecture frameworks and governance.
- Ability to work across multiple technical and business teams.

Desirable
- Experience working within complex commercial or enterprise organisations.
- Knowledge of modern cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with AI, automation, and emerging digital technologies.
