IT Enterprise Architect

Location: Loughborough, Hybrid, 3 days onsite
Salary: Up to £90,000 + 12% Bonus + Private Medical

Peaple Talent are recruiting for an experienced IT Enterprise Architect to join the IT Leadership Team of a growing organisation. Following significant growth through acquisition, this is a key role shaping the future technology landscape, defining architecture standards and supporting the integration of multiple businesses across the Group.

The role: This is a hands-on, individual contributor role, combining enterprise architecture strategy with detailed solution design and delivery.

With around 10 acquisitions across the Group, you'll assess existing technology landscapes, identify risks and technical debt, and define how systems should be integrated into the wider Group architecture.

Key responsibilities:

  • Define enterprise architecture strategy, standards and technology roadmaps
  • Lead technology assessments across M&A integrations and acquisitions
  • Design future-state solutions across applications, infrastructure, data and integrations
  • Support major digital transformation and ERP/Dynamics programmes
  • Assess technical risk, security, compliance and non-functional requirements
  • Work with internal teams and external partners to oversee solution design and implementation

Your key skills required:

  • Strong Enterprise or Solution Architecture experience
  • Previous M&A technology integration or separation experience
  • Hands-on experience across IT system design and implementation
  • Experience developing architecture roadmaps, standards and governance
  • Strong understanding of risk, compliance and security
  • Excellent stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams
  • Experience with ERP/Dynamics transformation would be beneficial, alongside TOGAF, Azure Solutions Architect or similar certifications.

Salary and benefits:

  • Up to £90,000 per annum
  • 12% management bonus

  • Hybrid working- 3 days per week in office in Loughborough
  • Some travel to Group and acquisition sites
