Employment type: Full time

About Us

Founded in 2003, BIP has established itself as a global consulting firm with strong capabilities in digital transformation. With over 6,000 professionals, our expertise spans industries and helps organisations navigate complex business and technology change.

BIP xTech is a global team that combines strategy, enterprise architecture, cloud, data, AI and engineering to deliver end-to-end transformations, from strategy and design through implementation, adoption and scale.

At BIP, we are committed to excellence, ethical conduct and a culture where people can grow through the integration of diverse skills, perspectives and expertise.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architecture Manager to lead client engagements focused on enterprise architecture, technology governance, operating models, standards and strategic technology decision-making.

This is a client-facing consulting role combining architecture leadership, governance design, tooling strategy, delivery management and stakeholder engagement. The successful candidate will work with senior business and technology leaders, architecture teams and delivery functions to establish practical, sustainable architecture capabilities and improve the quality, consistency and traceability of technology decisions.

The role requires a pragmatic consulting leader who can move confidently between executive discussions, detailed architecture analysis, governance forums and delivery oversight, while contributing to the growth of BIP xTech in the UK.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Architecture Strategy and Transformation

  • Translate business strategies, operating model requirements and transformation objectives into enterprise architecture priorities, capability roadmaps and technology investment decisions.
  • Apply business capability modelling, value-stream analysis and operating model techniques to identify transformation priorities and dependencies.
  • Develop current-state, transition and target architectures, translating strategic objectives into pragmatic multi-year transformation roadmaps, investment priorities and transition states.
  • Develop enterprise technology strategies aligned to business priorities, considering technology trends, technical debt, platform strategy, sourcing, resilience, security and investment priorities.
  • Understanding of AI and generative AI technologies, their implications for enterprise architecture, and associated considerations including data, security, governance, responsible AI and technology adoption.
  • Support technology investment decisions through options analysis, assessment of cost, risk, architectural fit, technical debt and strategic value.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
