The Opportunity
Uncapped Income + Lifetime Recurring Revenue
{Location: 100% Remote (Open to candidates worldwide)}
We are looking for a self-motivated B2B Sales Specialist / Lead Generator to own the entire sales funnel — from prospecting and cold outreach to closing enterprise clients.
This is a 100% commission-based role with a lifetime revenue-share structure. Every time a client you bring in places an order — now or 3 years from now — you earn a commission on every single invoice. Build a portfolio of enterprise clients once, and earn passive recurring income for life.
Ideal Target Audience & Prospects
While our primary focus is on major home appliance and electronics manufacturers (e.g., brands like Tornado, Heller, and global consumer goods makers), any business requiring technical translation or localized creative production is your target.
You have full freedom to target clients across any industry via your preferred outreach channels: LinkedIn, Cold Email, Facebook, Networking Events, or Direct Sales.

- Technical & Enterprise Localization: User manuals, software UI/UX, compliance docs, and technical specifications.
- Creative Production & Professional Adobe Suite Services:
- Desktop Publishing (DTP): Manual Layout & Typesetting in InDesign
- Visual Adaptation & Graphics in Photoshop & Illustrator
- Creation of Print-Ready & Production-Ready Files
- Multimedia Localization

What We Are Looking For
- Proven track record in B2B sales, cold prospecting, or enterprise outreach.
- Strong ability to build relationships with decision-makers (Heads of Localization, Product Managers, Technical Content Managers, Regulatory Leads).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Self-starter mindset capable of managing the full funnel from lead discovery to contract execution.
Compensation & Structure
- Type: Independent Contractor / Remote
- Compensation: Uncapped Commission + Lifetime Recurring Commission on all future invoices from accounts you close.

Commission Structure & Earning Potential
Because this is a 100% commission-based role, we offer above-market payouts to reward top performers. You earn on the initial closed deal as well as lifetime recurring commissions on every future invoice for the life of the account:
- Initial Contract / Onboarding Invoice: 20% – 30% commission on the first closed deal.
- Lifetime Recurring Invoices (Monthly / Annual / Ad-hoc): 5% – 10% recurring commission on every single invoice the client pays—forever.
Earning Example:
- Land 1 Enterprise Account: An initial $10,000 project payout earns you up to $3,000 upfront.
- Recurring Revenue: As that client orders regular updates, manual DTP layouts, or localized documentation throughout the year (e.g., $50,000/year in invoices), you passively collect up to $5,000 every year from that single account.
- Scale Your Portfolio: Build a portfolio of 5–10 active enterprise accounts, and your recurring passive income accumulates exponentially.
Transparent & Safe Payouts
- Commissions are paid via Wise / Direct Bank Transfer within 10 days of receiving client invoice payments.
- Full contract transparency with a formal Commission Agreement and a shared tracking dashboard.
- Note: Clients pay Linguists Agency directly via official business channels; sales reps do not handle client funds.
