WGSN is the global authority on consumer and trend forecasting. We help the world's leading brands create the right products, experiences and strategies for tomorrow's consumer. Our forecasts, data and advisory services power decision-making across fashion, beauty, consumer tech, interiors, food & drink and lifestyle industries.
The Role
We're looking for a proactive Enterprise BDM to join our EMEA Sales team and take a leading role in driving new business growth. This is a pure acquisition role — not client retention — and we're only considering candidates with a proven track record of winning new enterprise business.
You'll own the full sales cycle with organisations generating over $1bn in turnover, working closely with a dedicated SDR to build pipeline and close high-value deals. This role is pivotal to WGSN's commercial strategy as we move upstream into enterprise, building new relationships and driving revenue across major verticals including Retail, Consumer Electronics, FMCG, Hotel & Leisure, Fashion, Interiors, Marketing, Consumer Trends, Luxury, Beauty and Sustainability.
What You'll Do
New Business & Revenue Ownership
- Develop and execute a clear sales strategy to acquire and grow enterprise accounts across EMEA
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets, while maintaining accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility
- Proactively identify new opportunities in target verticals, using market insight and trends to shape conversations and drive growth
Full-Cycle Sales Execution
- Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach to high-value negotiation and closing
- Collaborate with a dedicated SDR to drive targeted activity and maximise pipeline development
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations, both online and in person, that showcase WGSN's value
Senior Stakeholder & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and C-suite stakeholders at organisations generating >$1bn turnover, positioning WGSN as a trusted partner
- Navigate complex enterprise buying processes and structures to progress deals to close
Market & Vertical Expertise
- Bring genuine interest in — and knowledge of — sectors such as retail, technology, beauty, interiors and hospitality
- Stay ahead of emerging trends to shape client conversations and identify new commercial opportunities
What We're Looking For
We're primarily looking for a proven enterprise closer: someone who has built a track record winning new business with large, complex organisations, and who can influence senior executive and C-suite stakeholders through a long, considered sales cycle.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of closing experience, with at least 3+ years in Enterprise Sales
- Demonstrated success working with organisations generating >$1bn in turnover, with a deep understanding of their structures and buying processes
- Advanced understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and solution-selling techniques, with the ability to influence senior executive and C-suite stakeholders
- Exceptional verbal and written skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively in English plus one of French or German
- Highly organised, efficient, and comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-oriented environment
- A proactive, goal-driven approach with a passion for exceeding targets and contributing to collective success

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
