At IN2-AV Recruitment, we are currently representing the world’s largest and most established Audio Visual digital enablement and systems integration specialist. Delivering cutting-edge AV collaboration spaces, unified communications, digital signage, and managed services to Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 organisations, our client enables modern enterprise businesses to transform how their teams connect, work, and communicate worldwide.
To support their continued expansion across the EMEA region, they are seeking a London-based Senior Enterprise Business Development Manager to lead new logo acquisition and strategic account growth across enterprise corporate clients.
The Role
Operating out of London with a modern hybrid setup, this is a high-impact, consultative sales position focused on identifying, pitching, and closing complex Audio Visual and workplace technology transformation projects. You will act as a strategic partner to C-suite executives, heads of IT, real estate leads, and workplace directors, helping them navigate modern hybrid working strategies and enterprise Audio Visual and video collaboration.
You will manage end-to-end enterprise sales cycles for substantial capital Audio Visual projects and long-term managed service agreements. Supported by dedicated pre-sales Audio Visual engineers, project managers, and solution architects, you will have the full backing of a global delivery network behind every bid and proposal you lead.

Key Focus & Responsibilities
- Enterprise Acquisition: Proactively target, engage, and secure new high-value enterprise accounts across corporate, financial services, and global commercial sectors.
- Consultative Strategy: Uncover client pain points around Audio Visual workplace collaboration, meeting space design, UC adoption, and cloud-managed AV services to craft bespoke, enterprise-grade proposals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal technical design teams, global deployment leads, and strategic vendor partners (e.g. Microsoft, Zoom, Cisco, Crestron) to deliver winning multi-million-pound Audio Visual bids.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate sales forecasting and a robust pipeline of high-converting enterprise Audio Visual opportunities across London and the wider UK market.
- Industry Leadership: Act as a key ambassador at high-level Audio Visual industry events, client roundtables, and tech briefings in central London.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven Track Record: At least 5+ years of direct, consultative sales experience within the Audio Visual, Unified Communications, or Workplace Technology integration sectors, specifically targeting enterprise clients.
- Network & Presence: Strong, existing relationships with corporate end-users, workplace consultants, real estate leads, or main contractors in the Greater London region.
- Commercial Acumen: Demonstrated capability in winning multi-site Audio Visual deployments, complex VC integrations, and recurring managed services contracts.
- Deal Ownership: The ability to lead complex bid responses, RFPs, and executive C-suite presentations with confidence and technical credibility in Audio Visual solutions.
