Enterprise Business Development Manager– Managed Technology Services

Permanent | UK-wide | Hybrid / Multi-site
£65-75k + Double OTE uncapped

The Role

We’re looking for an Enterprise Business Development Manager for a leading Managed Service Provider to drive net-new business growth across a broad portfolio of managed technology services.

This is a hunter-led, enterprise sales role focused on identifying, engaging and winning new customers, from initial prospecting through to commercial close.

You’ll operate at C-suite and senior stakeholder level, selling strategic technology solutions across Managed IT, Connectivity, Cyber Security, Cloud, Communications and Secure Networking.

Your Focus

  • 100% net-new business development
  • Identify and target enterprise and mid-market prospects
  • Build and own a high-value sales pipeline
  • Open doors with C-suite, CIO, CTO, IT Directors and business leaders
  • Lead complex, consultative sales cycles from prospect → close
  • Position technology around business outcomes, risk, efficiency and growth
  • Lead proposals, commercial negotiations and contract close
  • Consistently deliver against new business revenue and GP targets
  • Maintain accurate CRM, forecasting and opportunity management
  • Work closely with Pre-Sales, Technical, Commercial and Delivery teams

What We're Looking For

  • Proven track record in enterprise / complex B2B new business sales
  • Strong background within Managed Services, IT, Cyber Security, Cloud or Connectivity
  • A genuine hunter mentality with demonstrable net-new wins
  • Experience selling into senior and C-level stakeholders
  • Comfortable navigating long, complex and multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Strong commercial and consultative selling skills
  • Able to uncover business challenges and translate them into strategic technology solutions
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation and closing ability
  • Highly organised with strong pipeline and forecast discipline
  • Commercially driven, resilient and accountable for results

You’re an experienced enterprise hunter who knows how to create opportunities rather than wait for them.
You’re commercially sharp, credible with senior stakeholders and capable of taking a complex opportunity from first conversation to signed contract.
