Talent Frame are delighted to partner with our client on an Enterprise Business Development Manager (Partnerships) role. This position involves building new strategic enterprise partnerships and managing complex negotiations.

This role is hybrid working, 3 days in the office (London based).

This role is paying c.£80k (doe) plus 50% OTE.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively target and engage high-potential enterprise prospects, including organisations that have major partner/B2B customer ecosystems - marketplaces, banks, fintechs etc.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from initial outreach and networking to closing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customised commercial propositions.
  • Model and forecast opportunities to ensure profitable outcomes, balancing revenue potential with implementation effort.
  • Continuously seek improvements in how enterprise partnership opportunities are identified, pursued, and converted.

Person Specification

  • Proven experience in opening and closing complex enterprise partnership deals with a B2B focus.
  • Can demonstrate confident networking abilities when it comes to relevant companies/stakeholders.
  • You will ideally have experience in tech, fintech, marketplace, or energy sectors (however, enterprise partnerships sales experience will be priorities - and a track record of securing ecosystem focused partners, such as Amazon, will be of key interest)
  • Capable of building relationships with C-Suite and senior decision-makers across large organisations.
  • Clear bias for execution.
  • An understanding of how to develop effective value propositions for different verticals.
  • Ability to galvanise internal teams to execute on development and delivery of propositions
  • Experience with APIs, embedded solutions, and technology ecosystems relevant to enterprise agreements.
