About The Role

As an Enterprise Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in building the top of funnel for a fast-scaling commercial function.
Working closely with the CEO and wider go-to-market team, you will identify, engage, and qualify enterprise prospects – booking meetings for the senior sales team.
This is an opportunity for a highly motivated, early-career sales professional who thrives in early-stage environments and wants a fast-tracked route into a full-cycle Enterprise Account Executive role.

  • Running targeted outbound campaigns (cold calling, email, social selling) into enterprise DevOps and infrastructure buyers
  • Qualifying inbound leads and booking discovery calls / demos for the senior sales team
  • Collaborating with leadership to develop and refine outbound messaging and a scalable prospecting playbook
  • Experimenting with and improving go-to-market strategies

About The Candidate

  • 1–3 years' experience in a BDR/SDR role, ideally prospecting into enterprise B2B DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or platform buyers
  • A consistent track record of hitting or exceeding pipeline / meetings-booked targets
  • The ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to CTOs, engineering leaders, and technical stakeholders
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with leadership, product, engineering, and marketing teams
  • Exposure to cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, DevOps tooling, or open-source technologies is a plus

Salary / Package / Benefits

  • Base salary – £60k – £65k, depending on experience – Double OTE
  • Uncapped commission plus accelerators
