Enterprise Business Development Representative
As an Enterprise Business Development Representative, your mission is to generate Sales Qualified Opportunities targeting our Buyer Persona “Head of Customer Care” within our targeted industries: e-commerce, finance, insurance, mobility, travel, telco & utilities.
You’ll be directly managed by Pierre (Co-founder & CCO), and work closely with:
- George - Head of Sales UK/I
- Hanna - Marketing Director team
- other Business Development Representatives across our other markets.

You will generate a qualified pipeline through creative outreach, partner management and event attendance. As the owner of initial MEDDICC qualification, you will bring opportunities that match the right buyer persona, with a clear need and an initial use case for the closing team to explore further.
Your KPIs will be based on:
- revenue enabled

- qualification hygiene
- conversion rate
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in B2B sales and familiarity with the Customer Experience industry having worked for a SaaS company, a BPO or a consulting firm.
- Proven track record of outbound success (cold outreach, events, partnership, self-sourced pipeline)
- Comfortable speaking with senior stakeholders (COO, CCO, Head of CX/Ops)
- Strong written and verbal communication in English
- Confident, energetic, and highly motivated to be a key pillar in Onepilots UK&I growth
- Experience with Hubspot and the AI driven business development tool stack
- Able to work from Old Street London office at least 3 days per week

Interview Process
- Preliminary call with a People & Culture team member to present the role and answer your questions.
- Second stage interview with Pierre, Co Founder & CCO.
- Third stage interview with Pierre, Co Founder & CCO and George, Head of Sales UK/I. You will have to prepare a business case for this interview.
- Final interview with Adrien our CEO and one other team member
