HR & Payroll Technology

West London - 3 days per week

£38,500 basic | £50,000 OTE

We've been engaged to recruit an Enterprise Business Development Representative for a global leader in HR, payroll and workforce management technology. This is an opportunity for an ambitious BDR with 2+ years' experience to develop their enterprise sales skills within an organisation renowned for its sales training, structured development and long-term employee retention.

The Role

Generate new business opportunities across UK enterprise accounts.

  • Target organisations with 2,000+ employees across a broad range of industries.
  • Engage senior stakeholders including CHROs, CFOs and Chief Transformation Officers.
  • Proactively build pipeline through cold outreach, account research and marketing-generated leads.
  • Qualify opportunities and secure meetings for the wider enterprise sales team.
  • Develop a strong understanding of payroll, HR and workforce management solutions.
  • Work towards team and individual performance targets, with a focus on meeting generation and pipeline contribution.

The Candidate

  • 2+ years' experience in a BDR or SDR role within a B2B sales environment.
  • A proven ability to generate pipeline through proactive prospecting.
  • Confident engaging senior business stakeholders and opening commercial conversations.
  • Organised, resilient and comfortable working towards measurable targets.
  • Coachable, ambitious and motivated to develop a long-term career in enterprise sales.
  • Experience within technology, SaaS, HR or payroll would be advantageous but is not essential.

The Package

  • Basic Salary: £38,500
  • OTE: £50,000
