Enterprise Client Account Director

Pinewood.AI is looking for an Enterprise Client Account Director to own and develop relationships with some of our largest and most strategically important automotive retail customers in the UK.

This is a senior, commercially focused role with end-to-end responsibility for a small portfolio of complex enterprise accounts. You'll build trusted relationships with senior and executive stakeholders, develop a deep understanding of each customer's business and ensure they maximise the value of the Pinewood.AI Automotive Intelligence Platform and our growing portfolio of AI solutions.

You'll work closely with customers and our internal teams through implementation and multi-site rollouts, helping to ensure the platform is configured around their operational requirements, supporting adoption across their business and maintaining a strong strategic relationship once they are live.

Beyond successful delivery, you'll be responsible for the long-term commercial development of your accounts. You'll identify opportunities to increase platform adoption, introduce additional products and capabilities, and build strategic account plans that support retention, revenue growth and measurable customer outcomes.

Working closely with Delivery, Product, Support, Sales and other teams across Pinewood.AI, you'll act as the senior internal voice of the customer while ensuring we maintain a clear commercial focus. This role would suit someone who understands complex automotive retail organisations, can operate confidently at executive level and knows how to turn strong customer partnerships into sustainable commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the strategic relationship and commercial performance of a portfolio of large enterprise automotive retail customers
  • Build trusted relationships with operational leaders, senior decision-makers and C-suite stakeholders
  • Develop strategic account plans covering customer objectives, adoption, retention, opportunities, risks and long-term growth
  • Support customers and internal teams through implementation and complex multi-site rollouts, ensuring strong alignment and adoption
  • Maintain oversight beyond go-live, helping customers embed the platform and achieve measurable business value
  • Identify underutilisation and work with customers to improve platform adoption, configuration, processes and usage
  • Own account growth targets, identifying and closing upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the platform, AI solutions, integrations, training and professional services
  • Lead commercial conversations around renewals, site and user expansion, additional products and services, and contract development
  • Run executive business reviews, using customer and platform insight to demonstrate value, address risks and agree future priorities
  • Coordinate across Product, Delivery, Support and Sales to ensure customer priorities, issues and opportunities are understood and progressed
  • Act as a senior escalation point for complex customer challenges, coordinating the right teams to reach effective resolutions
  • Understand each customer's wider technology landscape, operating model and strategic direction to identify further opportunities for Pinewood.AI
  • Introduce customers to relevant new products, AI capabilities and platform developments that can improve performance and create value
  • Represent customer feedback internally, providing insight to Product and leadership teams to support future development and improvement
  • Maintain accurate account plans, pipeline, forecasts, opportunities and customer activity within Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
