Enterprise Customer Success Manager

About WYN
A fast-growing London startup, helping enterprises save an average of 30% on their software spend. Founded in 2024 by former enterprise sales leaders Adrien Bourg and Sergei Tugarinov, we've scaled to a team of 20+ remaining bootstrapped, with $3B in software spend under management for customers. Our current growth rate is exceeding 500% y/y.
The Role
We’re looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of our enterprise accounts and become a trusted commercial partner to senior decision-makers.
You’ll work directly with C-suite executives, procurement leaders and senior finance and technology stakeholders, helping some of the world’s largest businesses make better decisions around their software spend. You’ll lead complex, high-value engagements and negotiations, delivering measurable savings that can be worth millions of dollars.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
