My client is building an AI Care Partner that helps clinicians focus more of their time on patients. They support 65+ million patient visits across over 100 countries, saving more than 18 million hours to healthcare professionals. Backed by nearly $100m in funding, my client is expanding globally with leading healthcare organisations.
The Role
They are looking for a strategic Enterprise Customer Success Manager to lead their largest NHS and healthcare accounts across the UK and Ireland.
It is a senior, consultative role focused on driving adoption, managing implementation and building long-term partnerships with healthcare leaders.

You will own a portfolio of strategic healthcare accounts, guiding customers through the full lifecycle, so experience in similar environments is very valuable.
What You’ll Do
- Act as a trusted advisor to the organisations using their product
- Lead complex, multisite implementations
- Coordinate cross-functional teams
- Drive adoption through training, workflow improvements, and measurable success plans
- Help shape scalable customer success processes
What They Want

- Strong understanding and experience within and around NHS organisations or healthcare system environments
- 5+ years’ experience in Customer Success, SaaS or consulting
- Experience managing large, complex accounts
- Experience leading large-scale implementation and adoption programs
- The ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive organisational change
