It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they're doing!

We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business.

We are seeking an Enterprise Data Architect to own the architecture, reliability, and modernization of LucyRx's operational (OLTP) data systems, as we mature our data platform alongside our growing Snowflake analytics environment. This role focuses on data modeling, architectural separation of concerns, and performance and reliability for our transactional systems, and partners closely with data engineering leadership on the boundary and integration strategy between operational and analytical platforms.

Role And Responsibilities

  • Own architecture and data modeling strategy for operational (OLTP) systems
  • Document architecture decisions, data models, and system data flows
  • Lead separation-of-concerns initiatives to reduce cross-system risk and contain the impact of production issues
  • Design canonical/master data models for core operational domains, replacing source-specific, duplicated logic
  • Own performance, scalability, and reliability of relational database systems and stored procedure/data logic
  • Partner with data engineering leadership on the OLTP/OLAP boundary and integration strategy as the platform evolves
  • Evaluate and advise on database platform strategy and roadmap, including cloud database options and modernization of legacy procedural logic
  • Establish data modeling standards and architectural best practices for operational systems
  • Partner with engineering to implement proactive monitoring, alerting, and issue detection for database and pipeline health
  • Mentor engineering staff on relational data modeling and performance best practices

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
