Role: Head of Enterprise Sales

Working: London – hybrid.

Package: c£80k base salary + achievable, performance-led OTE + package

Sector: Finance

An established international business intelligence, data and events provider is creating a new senior sales leadership position to unlock the considerable potential within its global market.

The business already has highly valuable enterprise relationships, but many comparable organisations remain significantly underpenetrated or do not yet spend with the company at all. This creates a substantial opportunity for an accomplished enterprise sales leader to build a sophisticated outbound operation and convert that whitespace into predictable, long-term revenue.

The opportunity

You will lead and develop a team of outbound sales professionals operating across the UK and US, with responsibility for two distinct revenue streams:

  • Winning new logos from a defined portfolio of high-value target accounts.
  • Expanding existing relationships through additional products, seats, teams and buying centres.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and develop a distributed team of quota-carrying sales professionals.
  • Own the new-business and account-expansion numbers.
  • Build a high-quality outbound pipeline from named target accounts.
  • Develop account-based prospecting strategies by market, segment and region.
  • Work alongside the team on strategically important opportunities, commercial structures and negotiations.
  • Drive multi-threaded engagement across complex organisations and multiple buying centres.
  • Maintain rigorous pipeline management, CRM discipline and forecasting.
