My client is looking to recruit an Enterprise Support Engineer for their partner engineering team based in London. You will support their expansion in the B2B sector.

You will be responsible for delivering the following services:
- Provide expert advice on MDM (Mobile Device Management) / UEM (Unified Endpoint Management) platforms, including MS Intune, Ivanti MobileIron, Omnissa WorkspaceOne among others.
- Managing and hosting B2B (Business-to-business) tool instances for the EMEA region, such as Zero Touch and various MDM/UEM environments.
- Overseeing P4B demo environments for partner engagement, including Google Endpoint Management, Zero Touch Enrollment and leading MDM/UEMs, and providing on-demand demos for pre-sales.
- Act as an Interface to my client's large enterprise customers via regular meetings handling their Enterprise requirements, bugs, issues and escalations on a regular basis.
- Performing the triage of customer issues received through first-line support or TAMs before escalation to development.
- Escalation on customer priority: Work closely with my clients leads to resolve and escalate critical issues to get support from the organization
- Conducting log analysis and troubleshooting AE(Android Enterprise) functions directly on Android devices.
- Bug management, ensuring fixes are targeted at the appropriate projects and that bugs are routed appropriately and followed up
- Tracking and prioritization of bugs and the communication of bug status to stakeholders.
- Assisting with the technical portions of RFI/RFP submissions for tenders across EMEA markets.
- Validating Enterprise features from the P4B roadmap during customer rollouts and supporting Pixel pilot programs for deal finalization.
- Providing product-side support and preparation for Pixel4Business customer events and regional sales demos.
- Support during P4B product pitch sessions and sales enablement content generation
- Provide off-hours support for emergency situations.
