Open the Right Doors. Start Bigger Conversations. Build Your Future in Enterprise Sales.

Ambitious about sales, but looking for more than another call list?

We are a fast-growing UK B2B software company transforming how major enterprises and service providers manage complex frontline operations.

Our platform is strategically important to our customers – and opening the right conversations takes more than a generic email sequence.

That is where you come in.

As our Enterprise Founding SDR / Business Development Representative, your mission will be to turn a defined group of strategically selected companies into qualified sales opportunities. You will research complex organisations, understand their priorities, identify the right people and give them compelling reasons to engage. Our product is a strategic relationship-driven purchase - not a transactional SaaS seat.

This is a BDR role where your thinking matters as much as your drive. We value curiosity, creativity, sound commercial judgement and confident human communication – with success measured by the quality of the opportunities you create, not simply the activity you log.

Bring the ambition and persistence. We will provide the tools, mentorship and support to help you develop.

If you enjoy understanding businesses, finding the right people and turning thoughtful outreach into meaningful opportunities, we would love to hear from you.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Your Impact

You will own qualified enterprise pipeline creation for a strategically prioritised account group.

Your role: research deeply into how these organisations operate, map decision-makers and influencers, spot genuine commercial triggers, and reach out with personalised, credible approaches across multiple channels. You'll start conversations with senior stakeholders, explore their needs, and qualify opportunities before handing them to senior commercial colleagues with full context for the sale.

Your time splits between two things that matter equally:

  • 80% creating qualified pipeline through research, account mapping, personalised outreach, and skilled qualification;
  • 20% improving how we create it by testing what works, leveraging AI and intelligence platforms intelligently, and sharing insights to strengthen tools and processes across the team.

You'll have clear targets around qualified meetings, opportunities created and pipeline contribution. Success depends on thoughtful preparation, effective collaboration, and consistent follow-through.

Your Journey So Far – And Where You Could Go

You know the buzz of turning a cold introduction into a worthwhile commercial conversation.

You’ve earned your stripes in SDR, BDR or outbound B2B sales, creating qualified meetings and opportunities through your own prospecting. Your experience may come from SaaS, technology, professional services or another complex B2B services environment.

Previous Enterprise SaaS experience is useful, but it is not essential.

You’re part detective, part conversation-starter: Curious about how organisations work, confident picking up the phone and good at giving busy decision-makers a reason to talk. You connect the dots between their priorities and the problems we can help solve.

You bring persistence, organisation and thoughtful follow-through, keeping your CRM as sharp as your outreach. You’re keen to put AI, data and prospecting tools to work while keeping the human touch that makes conversations count.

You’re ready to test ideas, share what works and build a long-term career in enterprise sales. Bring your curiosity, commercial instincts and ambition – there’s plenty of room to grow.

You do not need to match every point perfectly - If you can demonstrate thoughtful prospecting, sound commercial judgement and the ability to create meaningful conversations, we would love to hear from you.
