Enterprise Services
Enterprise Services comprises multiple functional departments, including Governance and Reporting (ESGR), Client Operations, Asset Services Operations, Custody Clearance & Settlement Operations, Data Solutions, Digital Solutions, and The Resiliency Office, all of which report into the Chief of Enterprise Services. These functions enable the business to optimize delivery for clients, generate efficiencies and resilience, and promote consistency across the business digitization strategy, processes, and end-to-end best practices.

The impact you will have in this role
This role is responsible for supporting a robust control framework and providing Enterprise Services leadership with clear visibility into key governance, risk, control, and reporting activities. The role includes overseeing control management processes, helping ensure adherence to DTCC compliance and regulatory standards, and collaborating with key stakeholders to develop, implement, and sustain a continuous operational improvement plan.
Your Primary Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary Enterprise Services contact for Process, Risk, and Control (PRC) library governance, ensuring foundational attributes are maintained to a high standard, periodically refreshed to reflect current procedures, and aligned with governance, risk, and compliance objectives.
- Manage the annual refresh of the Enterprise Services control inventory and the quarterly Management Control Testing process as part of the PRC framework, including providing training and guidance to Enterprise Services functions.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the Enterprise Services governance and control framework, including reporting mechanisms, to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Lead operational readiness and processing preparedness for key enterprise-wide initiatives, ensuring Enterprise Services is fully equipped to support successful go-live execution within DTCC’s program management framework.
- Manage the end-to-end process for Enterprise Services risk incidents, including root cause analysis, follow-up activities, and completion of key action items.
- Participate in the development and execution of Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs) across all Enterprise Services functions and the processing and operations components of DTCC entities, ensuring inherent and residual risk ratings are appropriately assessed, control effectiveness is accurately evaluated, and supporting documentation and evidence are maintained in accordance with governance standards.
- Develop and deliver impactful risk insights and metrics reporting to Enterprise Services senior management on a monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc basis.
- Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional leaders to reinforce the importance of a strong control environment and ensure ESGR understands the requirements of each Enterprise Services functional department.
- Review, challenge, and support consistent workflow quality control for self-identified issues and issues resulting from risk incidents and risk assessments, including lessons learned and scenario analysis.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support the timely delivery of recommendations and alignment with organizational governance and reporting best practices.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
Talents Needed For Success
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in governance, risk management, controls, operations, or a related discipline.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrated risk and control mindset, with the ability to identify, assess, and support mitigation of operational, governance, and compliance risks.
- AI and Digital mindset (key differentiator)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly translate technical, risk, control, and business concepts for a range of audiences.
- Proactive approach to identifying issues, anticipating risks, and developing effective, practical solutions.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
- Detail-oriented, with a high degree of accuracy, consistency, and precision in execution.
- Demonstrates strong ethical standards, sound judgment, and personal integrity.
- Collaborative and relationship-oriented, with the ability to build trust and foster strong partnerships across the organization.
