Implementation / Launch Manager
Location: London office
As an Implementation / Launch Manager on the Account Management team, you will spearhead the seamless, timely implementation of the Navan travel and expense platform across a global portfolio of Enterprise customers. This role requires end-to-end project ownership—acting as both the global project manager and technical contact—to ensure customers roll out the platform within our 2–4 month target timeframes.
You’ll collaborate closely with customers’ project and IT teams, as well as their executive and C-Suite, to deliver a frictionless implementation and onboarding experience. Partnerships with Sales, Technical Integrations, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Support teams will be critical to exceeding customer and business goals. Expect an dynamic environment where growth, adaptability, and achievement are celebrated.
Key Responsibilities
- Critical Stakeholder Engagement:
- Partner with Sales to support new business acquisition by delivering custom implementation plans to prospective customers.
- Work closely with account managers to build trusted advisor relationships with clients, from program administrators to C-suite executives.
- Secure relationships with key decision-makers ("economic buyers") and champions across multiple levels of the customer’s organisation.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
