LOCATION: Remote (UK-based, with convenient access to London / key transport hubs)

REPORTS TO: Co-Founder

Our client is an established, high-growth European B2B technology vendor specialising in cloud-native software platforms, microservices architecture, and modern digital platform engineering. Backed by top-tier enterprise clients across Southern Europe, including industry leaders in Financial Services, Retail, Healthcare, and Transport, the company enables enterprise IT organisations to accelerate software delivery and modernise digital operations. Having built a highly profitable foundation in its home market, the business is now executing a funded, multi-region international expansion. The UK branch represents a primary strategic hub designed to spearhead growth across the UK market and establish a launchpad for future expansion.

MISSION

To lead the commercial launch and expansion of the UK branch by building a robust sales pipeline, establishing key strategic relationships, and closing foundational enterprise software deals. Operating as a hands-on "builder," you will establish a structured sales engine, mentor local team members, and elevate brand presence to position the UK operation as the growth hub for international expansion.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Development & Sales Execution

  • Drive full-lifecycle, complex enterprise sales cycles (£500k–€1M+ annual deal values) lasting typically 8 to 12 months.
  • Proactively generate, nurture, and close multi-year software licensing contracts across key target verticals, including Financial Services, Healthcare, Retail, Mobility, and the broader Real Economy.
  • Apply consultative selling methodologies to engage CIOs, CTOs, and Enterprise Architects on cloud-native application development, microservices, and platform engineering.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
