The best enterprise hunters in the human capital market are not looking for another sales role. They are looking for the right one — a mandate large enough to matter, backed at the right level of the organisation, inside a business that can actually win when it gets in the room. When LHH competes in an enterprise deal, we are set up to win. This role exists to increase the number of times we compete.

LHH Career Transition & Mobility is the world's number one provider of enterprise outplacement, career transition, and talent mobility solutions — the category leader, operating across more than 60 countries. The product has exceptional market fit. The client retention record is industry leading. The Enterprise New Business Developer will join a winning team and be responsible for the acquisition of large, global, complex enterprise accounts headquartered in UKI — operating with the strongest brand, the deepest delivery infrastructure, and the most compelling proposition in the market.

This is a mandate for an experienced enterprise sales leader who is ready to operate with full commercial ownership, a clearly defined territory, executive backing, and no divided attention. The individual appointed will be the founding commercial leader of a newly established enterprise function in the United Kingdom — and will have everything they need to build something significant.

Reporting Relationships:

  • Enterprise Sales Director, LHH Career Transition & Mobility — UKI

Location:

  • United Kingdom. Commutable distance to London is highly preferred.

Travel:

  • Approximately 50% travel is required — both domestic (United Kingdom) and international. Enterprise relationships at this level are built in person. The successful candidate will expect to spend significant time on-site with clients, at executive forums, and at industry events in UKI and internationally.

Language:

  • Professional working proficiency in English is required. Any additional language are a plus.

In this role you can expect to

Key Accountabilities

  • Identify, qualify, and close net new global enterprise accounts headquartered in UKI, with annual contract values in the mid-six-figure to mid-seven-figure range.
  • Operate at the CHRO, CPO, and C-suite level within the UKI’s largest employers, building the kind of senior relationships that result in strategic, multi-year partnerships — not transactional vendor contracts.
  • Define and execute a territory strategy across UKI’s most significant enterprise accounts — named account prioritisations, stakeholder mapping, and a clear view of where the largest opportunities lie.
  • Spend approximately 50% of your time in front of clients — across Europe, and internationally — building the presence and credibility that wins large, complex deals.
  • Partner with a dedicated SDR assigned exclusively to your territory, jointly owning pipeline generation strategy and account penetration approach.
  • Be the founding commercial seller of a newly established enterprise function in the UKI/Europe — with a defined path to either team leadership or a senior individual contributor track based on performance and ambition.
  • Deliver a named account territory plan within the first 90 days — covering your top 20 accounts, stakeholder maps, competitive positioning, and quarterly big-bet prioritisation.
  • Set the strategic direction for your dedicated SDR's outbound activity, owning joint account penetration plans and weekly meeting targets.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

All About You

  • A proven enterprise sales background with 10+ years of B2B experience and a demonstrated track record of winning and closing deals in the high-six-figure to mid-seven-figure range, within complex, multi-stakeholder, global organisations.
  • Deep experience selling into HR as a buying center — you have navigated CHRO, CPO, and VP-level procurement decisions and understand how enterprise HR investments are funded, sponsored, and approved within large global UK-headquartered organisations. This is not a nice-to-have.
  • A genuine hunter. Much of your career has been spent opening and winning net new enterprise accounts. You are energised by white space, and the idea of a divided mandate between hunting and farming holds no appeal.
  • Executive presence and commercial credibility. At this deal size and seniority level, the relationship precedes the opportunity — and you have always understood that.
  • You understand sales is art and science combined your ability to connect with people with rigor, rhythm and cadence in selling.

  • Best-in-class sales technology and tools that enable you to spend more time with clients and less time on administration.
  • The opportunity to work with some of the world's largest organisations, partnering with C-suite and senior HR leaders on complex workforce transformation challenges.
  • Career growth within a global leader in talent and workforce solutions, with opportunities to expand your impact across the UK and internationally.
  • A culture of continuous learning, innovation, and collaboration, where curiosity, new ideas, and professional development are actively encouraged.
