Platform Manager

Are you ready to lead the platforms, people and technology that will shape the next chapter of digital transformation within a major Housing Association?

I am exclusively working with a Housing Association based in the Yorkshire to recruit for a Platform Manager which is a brand new role into their structure.

They have ambitious plans for continued transformation where technology plays a critical role in delivering exceptional services to customers and colleagues alike.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of a diverse enterprise technology estate, driving strategic development whilst ensuring resilience, performance and service excellence across business-critical platforms.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams responsible for the architecture, engineering, testing and support of the systems that underpin the organisation. From Housing Management and CRM platforms through to Finance and Field Service technologies, you will ensure platforms remain secure, scalable and aligned to business priorities.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will develop platform roadmaps, champion architectural governance, and balance operational excellence with ongoing transformation and innovation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
