Driving reliable, secure and strategic enterprise systems

At Vico Homes, we are committed to delivering high-quality housing and services that support thriving communities across the North of England. Managing over 32,000 homes, our organisation relies on robust, secure and scalable digital platforms to enable operational excellence and continued growth.

We are now seeking an Enterprise Platform Manager to lead the design, delivery and ongoing performance of our core business systems.

This is a senior leadership role, responsible for ensuring that our enterprise systems — including Housing Management, Salesforce, Field Service and Core Business systems — are aligned with organisational priorities, governed effectively and continuously improved.

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead multidisciplinary teams across architecture, engineering and testing
  • Establish and maintain effective architecture governance frameworks
  • Ensure enterprise platforms are reliable, secure and performant
  • Develop and oversee platform roadmaps aligned to strategic objectives
  • Balance operational service delivery with system enhancement and transformation
  • Manage suppliers and external delivery partners
  • Oversee budgets, resources and platform investment decisions
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure platforms meet business needs

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience leading enterprise platform or systems teams
  • Strong understanding of architecture principles and governance
  • Experience delivering technology-enabled change in complex environments
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience managing suppliers, budgets and technical delivery
