Change, Supply Chain and Operations (CSCO)

Change Delivery is the driving force behind Sky. We deliver change at pace in a complex environment, helping turn ideas into reality, from launching new products and propositions to improving how our contact centres and engineers serve our customers.

With hundreds of changes in flight at any one time across TV, Connectivity, Sales, Service and the platforms underneath them, the hard part is knowing what we’re delivering, what it’s worth, what it depends on and what has to give. Enterprise Portfolio Management (EPM) sits right at the heart of it, turning separate portfolio plans into the clear picture our senior leaders use to decide where Sky invests and what gets delivered first.

This role in Change, Supply Chain and Operations (CSCO) is focused on Enterprise Portfolio Management, which:

  • Connects insight across change, product and technology portfolios to create one joined-up view of priorities, risks and dependencies.
  • Maintains and evolves the UK&I Enterprise Roadmap, covering demand, capacity allocation and target business value.
  • Provides analysis and challenges to support leaders with prioritisation and investment decisions.
  • Shapes clear recommendations for senior stakeholders on trade-offs, options and the impact of decisions on business value.

You'll work across every Change Portfolio and with Technology Portfolio Management (TPM), Product and Operations, giving you a view of Sky's change agenda that very few roles offer and the chance to influence what we prioritise.

What you’ll do

  • Maintain and coordinate the UK&I Enterprise Roadmap, keeping portfolio plans joined-up, accurate and aligned to strategic priorities.
  • Bring together information from across portfolios, technology and business teams to identify themes, risks and opportunities that may not be immediately obvious.
  • Get into the detail of portfolio plans, milestones, dependencies and capacity to understand what the data is really telling us and where the risks sit.
  • Identify, track and coordinate dependencies, risks and sequencing across portfolios and external partners, escalating issues and supporting resolution where conflicts arise.
  • Translate complex portfolio information into clear, compelling narratives, presentations and recommendations for senior leaders.
  • Support quarterly planning, prioritisation and investment reviews by providing analysis, constructive challenge and portfolio-wide insight.
  • Build strong working relationships across Change Portfolios, Technology, Product and Operations, providing challenge where plans or assumptions may impact wider business outcomes.
  • Support improvements to EPM ways of working and the adoption of AI, helping the team work more efficiently and generate insight faster.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
