Enterprise Product Manager (Legacy Voice Migration), Fixed Term Contract for 12 Months, Full Time

We're looking for an experienced Enterprise Product Manager to join our Product & Commercial team and play a key role in delivering KCOM's One Network Programme.

In this highly visible role, you'll lead the strategy and execution of migrating customers from legacy voice services, including PSTN, ISDN and Centrex, to modern IP-based communication solutions. Working across commercial, technical, operational and programme teams, you'll help shape migration journeys, develop compelling customer propositions and ensure a successful transition that balances customer experience, commercial performance and programme objectives.

This is an exciting opportunity to influence a major business transformation programme while helping customers embrace the next generation of voice services.

Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum dependant on experience plus bonus

Location: Carr Lane, Hull, with hybrid working (minimum 2 office days per week)

Advert Closing Date: 16th September 2026

We may close the advert early if we receive strong interest, so don’t wait!

Interview Dates: To be confirmed after advert closing date

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and deliver the product strategy for legacy voice migration, supporting the retirement of end-of-life voice platforms.
  • Analyse customer data to identify migration cohorts, requirements, dependencies and opportunities.
  • Develop migration roadmaps and customer journeys aligned to programme timelines and business objectives.
  • Create commercially viable migration propositions that support customer retention, revenue protection and service improvement.
  • Identify portfolio gaps and build business cases for new products, enhancements or capabilities where required.
  • Own the lifecycle management of legacy services, ensuring customer impact is minimised throughout the transition.
  • Monitor migration performance, customer outcomes and commercial metrics, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Product, Technology, Commercial, Operations, Service, Sales and Programme teams to deliver successful migration initiatives.
  • Provide product leadership, governance support and subject matter expertise across the One Network Programme.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
