Enterprise Product Manager - Legacy Voice Migration (12-Month FTC)
Location: Hull (Hybrid Working)
Salary: £55,000 per annum
Working Pattern: Full Time, Fixed-Term Contract (12 Months)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Enterprise Product Manager to play a key role in a major legacy voice transformation programme. This position will focus on developing and delivering the strategy to migrate customers from traditional voice platforms including PSTN, ISDN and Centrex to modern IP-based communications solutions, ensuring excellent customer outcomes alongside strong commercial results.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own the product strategy for the migration of legacy voice services to IP-based solutions.
- Create and manage migration roadmaps aligned with programme objectives and customer outcomes.
- Analyse customer data to identify migration cohorts, dependencies and opportunities.
- Define migration pathways that balance customer needs, operational delivery and commercial objectives.
- Identify portfolio gaps and develop business cases for product enhancements and new propositions.
- Monitor migration performance, retention, revenue and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across product, commercial, technology, operations and sales teams.
- Support governance, risk management and regulatory compliance throughout the migration journey.
Requirements
- Proven Product Management experience within a B2B telecommunications or technology environment.
- Experience managing full product lifecycles, including product evolution and retirement.
- Strong commercial, analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Experience developing product roadmaps and delivering strategic initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams within complex delivery environments.

Desirable Experience
- Product management experience within fixed voice, Unified Communications, connectivity or managed services.
- Experience supporting large-scale customer migration or transformation programmes.
- Knowledge of PSTN, ISDN, Centrex and IP-based voice technologies.
- Understanding of telecommunications regulation, industry trends and product business case development.
