The Opportunity
As an Enterprise Product Owner for Digital Workplace, you’ll lead the vision, strategy, and continuous improvement of our Digital Employee Experience capability. With a focus on Aternity and related DEX technologies, you’ll help improve the technology experience of more than 24,000 colleagues across EDF, supporting productivity, satisfaction, and business performance.
You’ll join us on a salary starting of £60,000 per annum, with the potential for an annual bonus. This role offers complete flexibility on location, with hybrid working arrangements that enable you to work from home alongside attending EDF sites when business needs require.
Working at the heart of EDF’s digital transformation, you’ll collaborate with engineers, architects, suppliers, and business stakeholders to maximise the value of our DEX investments. Your work will directly support EDF’s journey towards An Electric Britain by helping create a more efficient, data-led, and productive digital workplace.

Who You Are
We’re looking for an Enterprise Product Owner with a passion for Digital Employee Experience, data-driven decision making, and delivering value within a large enterprise environment. You’ll be a confident collaborator who can translate insight into action and influence stakeholders at every level. Are you experienced in…?
- Proven Product Owner or Product Management experience within a large enterprise environment
- Strong understanding of Digital Employee Experience (DEX), End User Experience Monitoring (EUEM), or workplace analytics
- Experience using telemetry and user experience data to drive business outcomes and service improvements
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- A passion for improving the employee technology experience through data and insight
What You’ll Be Doing
- Owning the vision, roadmap, and backlog for EDF’s Digital Employee Experience capability
- Using Aternity and related platform insights to identify opportunities to improve employee experience and productivity
- Prioritising product enhancements and improvement initiatives within agile delivery teams
- Defining product strategy, success measures, and outcomes that deliver measurable business value
- Collaborating with stakeholders across Enterprise IT and the wider business to maximise investment value and drive adoption of data-led decisions
