Kraken Robotics Enterprise Project Manager

Kraken Robotics is currently seeking an Enterprise Project Manager to join our team. This position can be Remote or working out of any of our Canada or UK Offices.

Reporting to the Manager, Enterprise Portfolio, the Enterprise Project Manager is responsible for leading the delivery of enterprise initiatives, transformation programs, and strategic projects across the organization. The role brings together people, processes, technology, and stakeholders to deliver meaningful business outcomes that support organizational growth, operational excellence, and enterprise transformation. Working closely with Sponsors, Business Process Owners, Functional Leaders, Subject Matter Experts, and the Enterprise Portfolio Analyst, the Enterprise Project Manager provides leadership, structure, and direction throughout the project lifecycle. Success is measured not only by delivery performance, but by the achievement of business benefits, stakeholder adoption, and lasting organizational impact.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Enterprise Project Delivery

  • Lead the successful delivery of assigned enterprise projects, initiatives, integrations, and transformation workstreams. Define project scope, objectives, success criteria, delivery plans, and resource requirements.
  • Drive execution to achieve agreed milestones, outcomes, benefits, and business objectives.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, forecasts, resources, and delivery performance.
  • Ensure solutions are successfully transitioned into business operations and deliver sustainable value.

Governance, Reporting & Delivery Controls

  • Apply enterprise delivery standards, governance frameworks, and project controls.
  • Maintain accurate project reporting, forecasts, and delivery metrics.
  • Identify emerging delivery risks and implement corrective actions where required.
  • Escalate decisions, issues, and risks appropriately to support timely resolution.
  • Support governance reviews, assurance activities, and continuous delivery improvement.

Stakeholder Management & Communication

  • Build trusted relationships with Sponsors, stakeholders, business leaders, and delivery teams.
  • Facilitate informed decision-making through clear reporting, insights, and recommendations.
  • Align stakeholders around project objectives, priorities, and expected outcomes.
  • Manage communications, engagement activities, and executive updates throughout project delivery.

Risk, Dependency & Issue Management

  • Own the management and resolution of project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate mitigation and recovery activities to minimize delivery impact.
  • Collaborate across projects, functions, and teams to manage shared dependencies and delivery conflicts.
  • Capture lessons learned and apply continuous improvement practices across future initiatives.

Change Management & Business Readiness

  • Support organizational readiness, stakeholder adoption, and business transition activities.
  • Partner with Sponsors and business leaders to maximize the successful adoption of project outcomes.
  • Monitor adoption risks and support achievement of expected business benefits.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Coordinate delivery activities across business functions, operational teams, and enterprise initiatives.
  • Work closely with the Enterprise Portfolio Analyst to maintain accurate delivery visibility, reporting, and portfolio information.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of enterprise delivery practices, standards, and methodologies.

Mergers, Acquisitions & Integration Support

  • Deliver assigned acquisition, integration, and enterprise transformation workstreams.
  • Support integration planning, execution, tracking, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Manage integration milestones, risks, dependencies, and delivery commitments.
  • Ensure integration workstreams are executed in accordance with enterprise governance requirements.
  • Contribute to successful integration outcomes through disciplined project management and clear cross-functional coordination.

The Enterprise Project Manager is accountable for delivering assigned projects successfully and ensuring outcomes are clearly planned, governed, communicated, adopted, and embedded into the business. Success is measured by delivery performance, governance discipline, stakeholder confidence, and achievement of agreed business benefits.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, enterprise transformation, program delivery, business systems implementation, or related disciplines.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering complex cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience managing project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, and governance processes.
  • Experience leading projects through complete lifecycle delivery.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.
  • Experience supporting enterprise transformation, ERP, CRM, infrastructure, facilities, or operational improvement initiatives is considered an asset.
  • Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or integration programs is considered an asset.
  • PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, Agile, MSP, or equivalent project management certification is considered an asset.
  • Prosci Certified Change Practitioner certification or willingness to obtain certification following appointment.
