Key Responsibilities
- Learn and understand the company's ERP software and its modules.
- Assist in gathering and documenting client business requirements.
- Understand business processes such as HR, Payroll, Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Project Management.
- Assist in ERP system configuration based on client requirements.
- Support senior consultants during ERP implementation and deployment.
- Conduct basic software demonstrations and assist with client presentations.
- Perform system testing and report issues to the technical team.
- Assist in preparing user manuals, training materials, and other documentation.
- Provide basic user training and support to clients.
- Help troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate with the technical team when required.
- Assist with data entry, data migration, and system setup.
- Participate in client meetings and implementation projects.
- Provide post-implementation support under the guidance of senior team members.
- Continuously learn about ERP systems, business processes, and new technologies.

- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of business processes and ERP concepts.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn new software and technologies quickly.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
