Are you the Project Manager who does more than just update the plan and chase actions? π
I'm working with a growing UK organisation who are investing heavily in a major group-wide ERP transformation, and they're looking for an experienced ERP Project Manager to help lead it. They've got the programme, the investment and the Systems Integrator. What they're looking for now is someone who can bring the ownership, gravitas and personality to make sure the transformation actually gets delivered. π€
The opportunity π
You'll be joining at the start of a major 5+ year transformation programme, helping deliver a new ERP platform across 20+ businesses within the group.
The Systems Integrator will take responsibility for the technical implementation. Your role is to represent the business, keep the SI honest, challenge decisions when needed and bring senior stakeholders with you through the change.
Reasons to use Rodeo
Iβm in my final year doing Economics and I donβt know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer β it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donβt need a masters. Letβs look at the ones youβd be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Experience with SAP / S/4HANA would be a big bonus, but it isn't essential.
They're much more interested in finding an excellent ERP Project Manager who has genuinely led complex transformation than someone who simply has SAP written on their CV.
There's also a bigger journey happening here. The business is growing, investing heavily in technology and undergoing significant transformation, meaning there's genuine opportunity to make an impact and grow with them. π
