ERP Project Manager (Sage X3 / Sage Intacct / ERP)
Location: Hampshire, United Kingdom (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £60,000 DOE
Start Date: Flexible
Chapman Tate Associates are currently partnering with an established organisation that is looking to appoint an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of ERP projects across the business.
Whilst experience with Sage X3 or Sage Intacct would be highly desirable, our client is also open to considering experienced ERP Project Managers from other ERP backgrounds, provided they can demonstrate a strong track record of delivering complex ERP implementation projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced project professional who is confident working independently, managing multiple stakeholders, and driving ERP projects through to successful completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of ERP implementation and upgrade projects from initiation through to go-live and post-implementation support.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk registers.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, third-party vendors, and implementation partners to ensure successful project delivery.
- Coordinate project resources and manage priorities across multiple workstreams.
- Lead project meetings, provide regular progress updates, and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Support change management, user adoption, and business readiness throughout the project lifecycle.

About You
- Previous experience as an ERP Project Manager delivering end-to-end ERP implementation projects.
- Experience with Sage X3 or Sage Intacct is highly desirable; however, candidates with experience delivering other ERP solutions will also be considered.
- Able to demonstrate examples of independently managing ERP projects and successfully "hitting the ground running" in previous roles.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong experience managing project plans, risks, budgets, and timelines.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional business and technical teams.
- A structured approach to project delivery with strong organisational skills.
