Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and delivery of an Epicor ERP upgrade programme.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines and milestones.
- Coordinate internal teams, external consultants and third-party vendors.
- Manage project scope, risks, issues and dependencies throughout the upgrade.
- Ensure project governance is maintained through regular reporting and stakeholder updates.
- Work closely with functional and technical teams to coordinate system configuration, development and testing activities.
- Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support the resolution of defects before go-live.
- Coordinate data validation, system readiness and cutover planning.
- Support business change activities, user communications and training.
- Ensure a smooth transition into the upgraded environment, including post-go-live support and project closure.

Essential Experience
- Proven experience managing Epicor ERP upgrade projects.
- Strong understanding of Epicor Kinetic and legacy Epicor environments.
- Experience delivering ERP upgrades within manufacturing organisations.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience managing project risks, budgets and delivery timelines.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.

Desirable Skills
- Experience upgrading from Epicor 10 to Kinetic.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes including production, planning, supply chain and inventory.
- Familiarity with data migration, customisation reviews and integration testing.
- Experience working with Epicor implementation partners or managed service providers.
- PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent project management certification.
