Our client is a well-established, growing manufacturing and logistics business with 30 years' history in their sector. They're now looking for a NetSuite specialist to take real ownership of their systems and help shape the next stage of their growth.

This isn't a "keep the lights on" support role. The business implemented NetSuite around 18 months ago, and they need someone who can get under the bonnet, sharpen up data quality, and turn the system into a genuine driver of better decision-making across the business - not just administer it.

What you'll be doing:

  • Taking full ownership of NetSuite, developing and evolving it rather than simply maintaining it
  • Streamlining processes and improving reporting so every part of the business - sales, finance, operations, transport - gets real value from the system
  • Leading process change: identifying what needs to improve, designing the solution, and bringing functional teams along with you
  • Working closely with the Head of Finance (your line manager) as well as senior stakeholders across the wider business

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
