Enterprise Revenue Growth Management Lead - Pricing & Promotions
Location: Reading, UK (Hybrid) or one of our European office locations
We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Lead - Pricing & Promotions to lead one of the most critical commercial growth levers across our global business.
In this strategic role, you will lead the development of our global Pricing & Promotions capability, enabling markets to make smarter commercial decisions that accelerate revenue growth, improve profitability, and maximise promotional effectiveness. Working across brands, categories, and regions, you will establish best-in-class frameworks, tools, and ways of working that deliver sustainable commercial impact.
This is a unique opportunity to influence enterprise-wide growth strategies while partnering with senior stakeholders across Commercial, Finance, Analytics, Data & AI, and local market teams.
What You'll Do
- Lead the global Pricing & Promotions agenda within Revenue Growth Management, identifying and prioritising high-value growth opportunities across markets, categories, and brands.
- Develop and evolve global pricing and promotion frameworks, methodologies, governance standards, and best practices to drive consistent commercial excellence across markets
- Design and deliver capability-building programmes, training, playbooks, and knowledge-sharing initiatives that increase market self-sufficiency and adoption of RGM principles.
- Partner with Analytics and Data & AI teams to shape advanced pricing and promotional tools, translating complex data and insights into actionable commercial recommendations.
- Act as the global subject matter expert for Pricing & Promotions, influencing business decisions and supporting revenue, margin, and profitability growth through optimised pricing strategies and trade investment.
Who You Are
- Significant experience in Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Pricing, Commercial Strategy, Management Consulting, or a related commercial discipline, with expertise in pricing and promotional strategy development and execution.
- Experience working across multiple markets and/or global organisations, with the ability to collaborate effectively across geographies, cultures, and functions.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, including a solid understanding of pricing, ROI, trade investment, and profitability drivers.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data and insights into clear business actions.
- A strong influencer who can build alignment across diverse stakeholders and lead through expertise in a matrix environment.
