The role

As Enterprise Risk Manager, you will join the second line Enterprise, Financial & Operational Risk Management (EFORM) team and play an important role in strengthening risk oversight across Triodos Bank UK.

The team is responsible for second line oversight of enterprise risk, prudential risk management, operational risk & resilience, regulatory horizon scanning, risk appetite and risk management framework development and maintenance, targeted risk reviews, and risk reporting. In this role, you will contribute across these areas, bringing strong enterprise risk knowledge, along with the ability to provide insight, foresight, and constructive challenge.

You will work closely with colleagues across the wider Risk function and business, helping to promote strong risk management practices while supporting good customer outcomes and alignment with Triodos Bank’s mission and values.

This role offers the benefits of flexible hybrid working, with an expectation to be in our Bristol office 2 days a week with the option to work from home on the other days.

Key responsibilities

  • Support enterprise risk oversight across the EFORM team, contributing to key second line risk management activity and analysis.
  • Contribute to core EFORM activity, including maintenance of the Risk Strategy, Risk Management Framework, Risk Appetite Statement updates and monitoring, and regulatory horizon scanning.
  • Support the development of risk culture and awareness across TBUK, helping to build understanding and promote best practice, particularly within Finance and Treasury teams.
  • Provide risk input to projects and change activity, supporting EFORM-led initiatives and wider TBUK or Group projects, where required.
  • Deliver clear and effective risk reporting and insight, supporting strong decision-making across different levels of the organisation.
  • Build effective working relationships across Risk and the wider business, working collaboratively while also being able to operate independently.
  • Act in line with regulatory obligations and internal governance, supporting ethical behaviour, fair customer outcomes, and a customer-first approach.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
