We’re looking for an experienced Enterprise Risk Manager to help shape and strengthen our approach to risk management across the business. Working in a highly regulated aviation environment, you'll provide enterprise-wide oversight, insight and challenge, ensuring risks and opportunities are effectively identified, assessed and managed. Partnering with senior stakeholders across the organisation, you'll support strategic decision-making, improve organisational resilience, and drive the continued development of our Integrated Risk Management framework and systems.

What you'll be doing
- Maintain and enhance the Integrated Risk Management framework.
- Support risk governance activities, including risk reviews, committee reporting, and governance processes.
- Facilitate risk assessments across the organisation and support risk owners in managing risks and opportunities.
- Oversee the enterprise risk register, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and meaningful reporting.
- Monitor risk mitigation plans and control effectiveness, providing challenge and support where required.
- Produce risk analysis, trend reporting, dashboards, and management information for senior stakeholders.
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario analysis to identify emerging risks and industry developments.
- Develop and monitor key risk indicators and risk appetite measures.
- Build strong relationships across the business to promote a positive and proactive risk culture.
- Deliver training and guidance to support risk awareness and capability.
- Support the alignment of risk management, compliance, resilience, and safety activities.
- Lead the implementation and ongoing development of enterprise risk management tools and reporting systems.

What you'll bring
- Significant experience in Enterprise Risk Management.
- Strong knowledge of corporate governance and risk management frameworks.
- Experience working within regulated or complex operational environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to analyse complex information and translate it into clear, actionable insights.
- Experience balancing strategic thinking with practical delivery.
