The Opportunity
Mirable Solutions is recruiting an Enterprise Sales Executive on behalf of an established, well-funded UK software company with ambitious domestic and international growth plans. You will focus on customers with multiple users, typically organizations turning over £30 million.
These opportunities involve greater complexity, broader stakeholder groups, and a more consultative sales process. You will be supported by a dedicated SDR team while also creating a proportion of your own pipeline through intelligent account targeting, networking, and territory development.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own an individual enterprise new-business target and manage complex opportunities from first engagement to signed agreement.
- Create and execute a focused territory and target-account plan.
- Work with a dedicated SDR to develop and convert high-quality pipeline while generating strategic opportunities of your own.
- Lead rigorous discovery across operational, commercial, technical, and executive stakeholders.
- Identify the economic buyer, internal champions, decision criteria, decision process, and compelling event.
- Deliver tailored, value-led demonstrations and presentations that connect platform capability to measurable business outcomes.
- Develop quantified business cases and navigate procurement, commercial negotiation, and contract stages.
- Build consensus across multiple stakeholders and maintain momentum through longer, less linear buying processes.
- Meet customers in person where it strengthens the opportunity or buying relationship.
- Maintain disciplined CRM records, forecasting, and next-step control in HubSpot.
- Share customer, competitor, and market intelligence with sales, product, and marketing leaders.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
What We’re Looking For
- A strong sales employment history, ideally including more than three years with your current or most recent employer in a similar sales role.
- Clear evidence of personal target achievement and the ability to explain what you individually sold and closed.
- Excellent discovery skills and the ability to uncover a genuine, compelling reason for a customer to change.
- Experience presenting or demonstrating a solution in a value-led, commercially relevant way.
- Confidence engaging multiple stakeholders, including the economic buyer.
- Hunger, accountability, honesty, and a genuine desire to earn.
- A coachable, growth-oriented approach and the capacity to learn a sophisticated platform.
Your Background
You will have a successful record of personally closing larger, multi-stakeholder B2B opportunities. SaaS experience is beneficial rather than essential; candidates from other solution-led environments will be considered where the sales process has involved discovery, demonstration or presentation, multiple decision-makers, commercial negotiation, and a clear close.
Experience of MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, or a comparable enterprise qualification methodology would be advantageous. More important is your ability to qualify honestly, reach the economic buyer, create a compelling case for change, and maintain control of a complex process.
