ADP is Hiring an Enterprise Sales Account Executive, Emerging Markets
Do you thrive on winning new enterprise business in complex, multinational organisations? Are you confident navigating long, strategic sales cycles with senior HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders? Do you enjoy building trusted relationships, creating opportunities from scratch, and shaping a growing market?

In this role, you will drive new business growth across our Emerging Markets region, targeting enterprise organisations with 2,000+ employees at headquarters in countries such as Belgium, Austria, Luxembourg, Turkey, Czechia, Greece and South Africa. This is a key growth market for ADP. You will sell ADP's Payroll, Human Capital Management (HCM), and Workforce Management solutions to multinational companies, helping them transform the way they manage their workforce. As part of ADP's Emerging Markets business, you'll play a key role in expanding our presence in the region, combining the agility and ownership of a growing market with the resources and reputation of a global industry leader.
Daily Responsibilities
- Identify and engage new prospects
- Build strategic relationships with senior decision-makers
- Collaborate with alliance partners, internal stakeholders, and solution experts to create winning opportunities
- Lead complex sales cycles from initial outreach through contract signature
- Uncover business challenges, present tailored solutions, and build compelling business cases that resonate with executive audiences

Required Qualifications
- Enterprise Software or Solutions Sales Experience
- New Business Development Expertise
- Complex Deal Management Experience
- MEDDICC Expertise
- Strong Relationship and Stakeholder Management Skills
- Communication Excellence
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling HCM, Payroll, Workforce Management, HR Technology, SAP, Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or related enterprise solutions
- Experience working with channel, alliance, referral, or partner ecosystems to generate and close new business opportunities
- Experience selling into multinational organisations operating across multiple countries and regulatory environments
