Contract Role: Enterprise Sales Account Executive – Technology

Contract Location: London. Hybrid

Contract Duration: 6 months initially (extension subject to performance and business requirements, with the wider engagement expected to run for multiple years)

Contract Start Date: Immediate

Contract Classification: Inside IR35

Daily Rate Breakdown

  • Traditional Daily Rate: £180 - £225 (dependent on experience)
  • Agreed Contract Rate (ACR): £138 - £173
  • Equivalent Annual Salary: £36k + £4k holiday pay + OTE / £45k + £5k holiday pay + OTE
  • Equivalent Annual OTE: £65,000 - £80,000
  • Payroll provider: Rockford Payroll Info for Contingent Workers – Rockford Pay

The Opportunity

Join a specialist Deloitte growth programme supporting ambitious, fast-growing technology businesses to accelerate their commercial growth and build sustainable revenue. The initial engagement is for 6 months, with performance reviewed against agreed KPIs and the potential for extension. The wider client engagement is expected to be longer term, providing the opportunity to build a meaningful relationship with the business and take ownership of its growth journey.

Its technology integrates into the customer payment journey, enabling organisations to capture real-time feedback and turn customer sentiment into actionable commercial insight.

The platform is used across major sectors including retail, hospitality, grocery, healthcare and consumer-facing businesses, with a growing international customer base. The business combines customer experience data, behavioural insight and technology to help organisations improve customer experience, identify opportunities and ultimately drive better commercial performance.

The Role

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will take ownership of a portfolio of enterprise accounts and be responsible for generating pipeline, developing senior relationships and converting opportunities into revenue.

You will operate as the owner of your territory, using your commercial judgement and sales expertise to identify opportunities, build relationships and navigate complex enterprise sales cycles.

You will work closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Product, Data and senior stakeholders to develop compelling propositions and successfully take opportunities from initial prospecting through to close.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage an enterprise sales territory and account portfolio
  • Generate new business through proactive outbound activity, creating/managing/coordinating sales campaigns, email outreach, cold calling, exec outreach, social selling
  • Achieving quota expectations
  • Team selling – Ability to quarterback deals and leverage team members to close revenue
  • CRM - HubSpot daily input and hygiene.
  • Accurate sales forecasting
  • Manage and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
  • Handle inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs
  • Stay on top of accounts / account, making sure they receive services that are within their budget and meet their needs
  • Meet regularly with other team members to discuss progress and find new ways to business develop and increase growth
  • Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organization
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly
  • Lead on daily sales meetings and set achievable targets for the team
  • Conduct ROI data analysis

Essential Skills & Experience

We are looking for an ambitious, commercially driven sales professional who enjoys building something rather than simply managing an established book of business.

  • 3+ years’ experience in selling enterprise technology solutions in a corporate or agency sales role
  • Experience with key sales tools – HubSpot/Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ChatGPT, Fluint.
  • Experience selling into Retail Operations and CX Professionals.
  • Experience with Force Management, MEDDICC, and Command of the Message.
  • Proven experience generating pipeline and winning new business.
  • Demonstrable experience working towards and achieving sales targets/quotas.
  • Experience managing a full sales cycle from prospecting through to close.
  • Experience selling to senior stakeholders and executive-level decision-makers.
  • Experience with structured sales/qualification methodologies such as MEDDICC, Force Management or Command of the Message is advantageous.
  • Self-reliant, resilient, and proactive with high levels of motivation to make things happen, deliver effectively and efficiently.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities.
