Remoat Teams Client Partner Opportunity
Remoat Teams is recruiting Client Partners on behalf of our client: an AI technology company selling into the outsourcing market. This is a part-time independent contractor engagement, a monthly retainer plus uncapped commission on deals that are closed won.
The Market Problem
Outsourced operations run on people, and the people leave. Across the workflows most commonly outsourced today are customer support, finance and accounting, healthcare revenue cycle, IT service desks, data operations, with an annual attrition of 30 to 45% is normal. A 20,000-seat operator replaces roughly a third of its workforce every year, permanently.
That creates three problems every operator knows intimately:
- Volume. Filling thousands of seats means screening tens of thousands of candidates without quality collapsing. The best candidates accept whoever contacts them first, and most funnels take days to make first contact.
- Accuracy. A wrong hire on a regulated workflow costs far more than the seat. False positives reach the production floor. False negatives quietly join a competitor.
- Verification. Credential inflation and proxy interviewing i.e. someone else taking the screening call on the candidate's behalf are routine at volume, and most screening stacks detect neither.
What You'd Be Selling
High-volume hiring has three stages: advertise the role, screen the applicants, onboard the ones who make it. The client solves the middle stage. Their AI conducts and evaluates candidate conversations within minutes of application, at any volume, with verification that the person assessed is the person who starts on day one and the audit trail regulated buyers require.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
Graduate Consultant — 2026 Scheme
Why you're a good match
StrongYour economics background and your summer at a regional bank line up with what PwC looks for on the consulting scheme. Applications close in four weeks.
See breakdownIt searches the market for you
Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.
Why you're a good match
You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
Screening is the entry point. The larger opportunity is managed services: replacing traditional outsourced delivery with an AI-led model at materially lower cost. Deals sit at seven figures.
Who Buys It
COOs, CHROs, Heads of Talent Acquisition, and VPs of Delivery or Workforce Operations at BPOs, RPOs, staffing firms and shared-services organisations. If your network includes people who own a hiring volume or an attrition number, you're who we're looking for.
What You'll Do
- Generate warm introductions to senior decision-makers in your network
- Qualify opportunities and help move them from first conversation to pilot
- Feed back what the buyer actually needs: workflow, stakeholders, timing, budget
- Stay involved through the deal and the client team owns solutioning, contracting and delivery
- Keep a documented pipeline of introductions and meetings
What You Must Bring
- Evidence you personally closed BPO, RPO, managed-services or outsourced-operations deals worth at least USD 500,000, or materially contributed to seven-figure deals
- An active, trusted network of enterprise decision-makers with real outsourcing budgets
- Working knowledge of the workflows and stakeholders inside complex services deals
- Commercial judgement, follow-through, and credibility in an executive conversation

Get help with your application
Your very own career expert that helps elevate your application to the next level.
Applicants without specific, verifiable deal experience will not progress. Expect to discuss your last three deals: what they were worth, exactly what you did, and which buyer relationships you can activate now.
What's Offered
- Monthly retainer and not commission-only
- Uncapped commission on converted pilots and contracts, with accelerators
- Fully remote, worked around your existing commitments
- Weekly pipeline reviews measured on introductions and meetings, not activity reports
- Real support: the client team builds demos, decks and business cases for your accounts
Process
A short screening call with Remoat Teams, then a discovery call with the client team. You'll know who the client is and what the commercials look like by the end of that second conversation.
If you're currently employed, outside advisory work must be permitted by your employer. Don't disclose confidential information, divert an active opportunity, or introduce the client into a decision you control. Disclose any potential conflict before making an introduction.
