Enterprise Sales Development Representative
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Enterprise Sales Development Representative based in the United Kingdom.
As an Enterprise Sales Development Representative, you’ll play a key role in driving growth for a rapidly scaling global B2B marketplace.
You’ll manage inbound opportunities while proactively identifying and engaging high-potential prospects across the European market.
Your primary goal will be to qualify prospects quickly and effectively and convert them into confirmed demonstrations for Account Executives.
You’ll operate in a high-velocity sales environment built around disciplined outreach, sharp qualification, and consistent follow-up.
Using phone, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and CRM tools, you’ll create meaningful conversations at scale while maintaining a high standard of execution.
Your prospect insights will help improve messaging, targeting, objection handling, and sales strategies across the wider revenue organization.
This is an ideal opportunity for a resilient, ambitious sales professional who thrives on measurable targets, ownership, pace, and continuous improvement.
Accountabilities:
- Respond rapidly to inbound leads within established SLAs and convert qualified prospects into booked and confirmed demonstrations.
- Build and execute structured outbound sequences targeting relevant retailers and prospective business customers.
- Personalize outreach efficiently across phone, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other appropriate channels.
- Qualify prospects based on buyer profile, purchasing volume, commercial intent, business needs, and expected timeline.
- Quickly identify and disqualify low-potential leads so that sales resources remain focused on the strongest opportunities.
- Book, confirm, and protect qualified demonstrations, using reminders and pre-demo engagement to minimize no-shows.
- Maintain exceptionally accurate CRM records, ensuring every interaction is logged, leads are correctly categorized, and pipeline data remains reliable.
- Consistently execute high-volume sales activity while maintaining quality, relevance, and professionalism in every interaction.
- Capture and communicate insights from prospect conversations, including recurring objections, effective messaging, customer needs, and high-converting segments.
- Work closely with Account Executives to ensure qualified opportunities are handed over effectively and contain the necessary context for the next stage.
- Review activity and conversion performance regularly and continuously refine outreach strategies to improve results.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
