LNCVOICE operates through a global liaison and aggregation network, delivering both virtual and on-site assistance tailored to diverse client and product needs. The company focuses on offshore development and outsourcing across Software & Tech consulting, web and app development, and HRMS solutions, iGaming Consulting.
LNCVOICE also provides strategic services such as digital strategy, offshore resource hiring, and market research, with specialized expertise in iGaming and educational consulting. The organization engages in CSR initiatives to grow and support talent pools. Due to strict security and fraud protection protocols, employees are prohibited from tagging or publicly associating the LNCVOICE network on social media and other public platforms.
Role Description
The Enterprise Sales Director is a full-time, on-site role based in London/Remote, responsible for driving enterprise-level revenue growth across LNCVOICE’s technology and consulting offerings. This role involves leading end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing, with a strong focus on building long-term relationships with key enterprise accounts. The Enterprise Sales Director will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including consulting, delivery, and technical teams, to design tailored solutions that meet client objectives. Daily activities include developing sales strategies, managing a high-value pipeline, conducting executive-level presentations, and monitoring market trends to identify new business opportunities. The role also requires accurate forecasting, adherence to company security and communication policies, and mentoring junior sales team members.

About the Role
Drive eight to Seven-figure revenue through new sales, renewals, and upsell/cross-sell from a named list of enterprise accounts Globally, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
Responsibilities
- Conduct high-impact product demos and presentations, showcasing how our AI-powered solutions enhance sales and customer experience.
- Build and nurture relationships with CXOs, VPs, and key decision-makers, using a consultative selling approach focused on problem-solving, expertise, and empathy to help customers achieve their goals.
- Negotiate and close high-value contracts, ensuring alignment with customer needs and our offerings.
- Partner with Customer Success to drive renewals, upsells, and retention by ensuring seamless handovers, tracking customer outcomes, and identifying growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline forecasting in HubSpot.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, customer pain points, and the competitive landscape, serving as the voice of the customer to refine sales strategies and drive product improvement.

Qualifications
- 15-20 years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience, closing seven to eight-figure deals in UK/USA/Europe, Africa.
- Experience with AI solutions and enterprise SaaS is a plus.
- Language Skills - English, Spanish, French
Required Skills
- Strong value-based solution selling skills with a deep understanding of ROI, cost-benefit analysis, and enterprise business drivers.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and managing complex sales cycles.
- Brings a strong enterprise rolodex and the ability to leverage existing CXO and senior stakeholder relationships to accelerate pipeline creation and deal closure.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience selling to BFSI, edtech, or consumer brands is a plus.
- Proficiency with modern sales tools and CRMs (e.g. HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with AI solutions and enterprise SaaS is a plus.
