Role: Enterprise Sales Director - UK & Europe
This is a founding hire. You will be the Enterprise Sales Director - UK & Europe for my client who builds conversational AI Agents for regulated enterprises.
After fundraising and successfully onboarding enterprise clients live at scale with the case studies to prove it, you will form part of my client's international expansion in a very exciting space! Competitive base, founding equity, uncapped commission, and additional benefits.
The AI Agents run across voice, WhatsApp, and web, handling sales, collections, service, and onboarding at scale for Insurers, Banks, Telcos, and Retailers.
You will be the person on the ground working closely with the CEO and CBO and you will own the region. You will build pipeline, run enterprise sales cycles end to end, and close the first tranche of European insurance, financial services, telco, and retail clients. As traction comes, the job changes. You will shape the European go-to-market, hire and lead the commercial team, and grow into the leader of the region. My client wants someone who is excited by both halves of that: the carrying of a number now and the building of a business later.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
