The Mission
Silent Eight is a leading RegTech firm engineering AI-driven solutions to dismantle financial crime globally. Partnering with global giants like HSBC and Standard Chartered, we automate the investigations that stop money laundering and terrorism financing. We are looking for a high-stakes Enterprise Sales Director with a deep pedigree in complex software to scale our EMEA footprint.
The Role
- Strategic Hunting: Own the full lifecycle for Tier 1 and Tier 2 financial institutions, converting cold-start prospects into multi-million dollar, multi-year closures.
- C-Suite Influence: Bridge the gap between sophisticated AI/ML technology and the business goals of Chief Risk Officers and Compliance Executives.
- Internal Orchestration: Lead the development of high-value proposals by syncing with product teams, legal, and strategic partner executives.
- Cross-Border Collaboration: Partner with our Asian and European teams to manage multinational accounts and align global strategy for US-based clients.
- High Autonomy: A remote-first role for a "CEO of the territory" who excels in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
