Role Description
The Enterprise Sales Director is a full-time, remote role responsible for driving new enterprise business and expanding strategic accounts for Pasha Company’s AI-powered creative and marketing solutions. This role leads the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying, conducting discovery, and delivering consultative presentations and product demonstrations to senior decision makers. The Enterprise Sales Director develops tailored proposals, negotiates contracts, and manages complex deal structures in collaboration with internal teams such as marketing, product, and creative. Day-to-day activities include building and maintaining a robust pipeline, nurturing executive-level relationships, forecasting revenue, and reporting on sales performance. The role also involves gathering market feedback, contributing to go-to-market strategies, and representing Pasha Company at virtual and in-person industry events as needed.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated expertise in Software Sales and enterprise-level Sales for marketing, advertising, or SaaS solutions.
- Proven ability in Lead Generation and pipeline development, using outbound and inbound strategies to identify and engage enterprise prospects.
- Strong Consultative Selling skills, including needs discovery, solution mapping, and value-based storytelling for executive stakeholders.
- Experience in Account Management, with a track record of growing existing accounts, driving renewals, and expanding multi-stakeholder relationships.
- Previous success closing complex, high-value deals and meeting or exceeding annual revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with comfort engaging C-suite and senior leadership across industries.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple opportunities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, performance advertising, or AI-powered creative solutions is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data-driven sales reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
